The Deacons attended an Away Day in Temple Ewell at the beginning of 2007. As a result, they brought back some guidance for the church which is hoped will help move HBBC forward and become a more effective part of the community and to help strengthen and build up our fellowship.

Discipleship
This is a key to any church. Our minister, Darren, recently led a series of talks and discussion on Discipleship. This will help shape the future direction of the church.
The three sessions were as follows, with a link to a summary of each session. Please read these and try to use them in your small groups. It is in cell / home / accountability groups that we can truly grow and encourage one another (1 Thess 5:11), and help to lead a life as Jesus taught us to obey (John 14:23).
